2025 was shaped by steady growth, real usage, and thousands of transactions trusted to PayRex. Here's a look at what we built and achieved this year.
We maintained a team of 20 people, sustained 25–35% month-over-month growth, and crossed our first ₱1 billion in total payment volume this year. We are on track to close the year at around ₱1.5 billion in TPV, across 317k+ number of transactions. Next year, we will double down on getting more merchants to accelerate our growth.
We activated 76 merchants this year, with the fastest onboarding going live in just 2 business days from signup. We will never achieve this milestone without the help of our payment partners and our own onboarding team.
We processed 6k+ number of payouts this year, with zero delays, keeping funds moving exactly when businesses needed them. Processing payouts is one of our core operations. We are committed to releasing payouts on time without issues. We thank our efficient payouts team and partner banks for making payouts smooth.
Most payments flowed through our APIs, reflecting how developers and platforms continue to build directly on PayRex. Billing Statements, our Shopify plugin, and Pages supported no-code payments, allowing merchants to get paid without writing code, while Static QR Ph extended PayRex into in-person experiences.
Payments were completed in an average of 35 seconds from customer input to successful payment, helping businesses move money quickly and with confidence.
Built to detect risk without blocking good business. This year, our risk team and our internal fraud mechanism achieved 99.60% decision accuracy in distinguishing good and bad orders, while maintaining a 0% fraud rate across processed transactions.
The fastest teams completed a test payment in under one hour, validating their integration with minimal setup. From there, the quickest implementations reached production in as little as 2 weeks, reflecting a developer-first API that shortens the path from build to go-live.
With a team of 11 engineers, we delivered 26 major features this year, including our Shopify plugin, Pages, Card Vaulting, Pages Storefront, and Static QR PH. Alongside these launches, we shipped 76 feature improvements, continuously iterating to enhance reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Merchant inquiries were answered in under 20 minutes on average, helping teams resolve issues quickly and keep their operations running smoothly.
